Our leadership development workshops help first-time managers and youth aspiring to excel at leadership positions understand the nature of change from being a great contributor to becoming a great leader of others. It helps potential and emerging leaders identify their strengths and develops their critical people skills and arms them with completely new abilities that will result in an even progression to leadership. There are a Personality and EI assessments components to the training that take about 15 minutes each to complete prior to the course. After taking the assessments, a comprehensive report is generated which describes behaviors, preferred work environments, motivating factors, emotional competencies, and other useful information.
